Transformation Package

  • Our personal training programme gives you everything you need to achieve your fitness and physique goals; with a variety of payment plans to choose from. This plan also includes:
    • Bespoke Training Plan Tailored to your Goals
    • Pre and Post Fitness and Anatomical Testing
      • Anatomical: height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, bone density, girth measurements.
      • Fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, balance, agility, power, flexibility
    • Nutritional Plan:
      • Daily calories tailored to your goals
      • Macronutrient break down (protein, carbohydrates and fats)
      • Example meal plan
      • Shopping list
      • Healthy recipes
      • Tips and advice on your diet and how to track it

    Choose the number of sessions you would like per week:

    • 1 session per week: £25 per hour, £100 paid per 4 weeks
    • 2 sessions per week: £22.50 per hour, £180 paid per 4 weeks
    • 3 sessions per week: £20 per hours, £240 paid per 4 weeks

    Physical Assessment: £20

    Do you just want to know where your current physical conditions stands? We will put you through vigorous fitness and anatomical testing and analyse the results with normative data to give you the base line results you need to ensure you can train in the right way. VJ8 – 8 Week Online Personal Training

VJ8 is our new online personal training service that allows you to have all the help and guidance you need from us as personal trainers with flexibility. The programme includes:

  • Bespoke 8 Week Training Programme
  • Nutritional Plan as stated above
  • Workouts Sent Weekly and Followed Independently that Include:
    • Full descriptions of your workouts, exercise demo pictures.
  • Weekly Meeting and Weigh ins to Discuss Your Week
  • 24 Hours Online Support
  • Free VJ Fitness T-shirt*

8 week online personal training: £20 per week, £160 (1 instalment),

Following this £20 per week, £80 per 4 weeks.


CURRENT OFFER: £15 per week for 8 weeks: £120 total payment in 1 instalment

Bootcamp Package

Our Bootcamps are a fun and cost-effective way to get fit. With 4 classes a week to choose from and various payment methods you can make friends and have fun while exercising. You can choose from our Priority Bootcamp Package or pay as you come!

Priority Bootcamp Package: £60 – 12 sessions at £5 per session (used within 12 weeks) includes:

  • Nutritional Plan as stated above
  • Twelve 45-minute sessions
  • 15-minute weigh in time at the end of each session
  • Priority booking
  • VJ Fitness t-shirt*

Single Bootcamp Class: £5

*free VJ Fitness t-shirt will be given to new clients only.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to make it fair and flexible for our client base as well as us, we have a cancellation policy that consist of a 12 hour window prior to the start of your session. Cancellations within this window without a reason that is accepted by us will be lost of 100% of the cost. Sessions cancelled outside of the 12 hour window are able to be rescheduled at no additional cost, providing they are within the time frame given e.g. 4 weeks for transformation package, 12 weeks for Priority Bootcamp Package.

I’ve lost 3 stone so far with the support from VJ fitness. Jordan and Victoria have shown me how to lose weight by making healthy choices. I've been wanting to lose weight for a while but lacked motivation. I've also had plantas fasciitis which caused terrible pain in my foot. This pain has now subsided due to my weight loss and fitness. I feel so much healthier all round.
