A great way to add a new and exciting dimension to your fitness journey, all of our classes have been designed to accommodate all fitness levels and are set in a fun, no pressure environment.
Our Fitness Studio Timetable
Welcoming all Members & Non-members to the first activity session of the season - post step 3 of roadmap out of lockdown.
Type of class - Group Fit with Pete
Class Description - A general fitness session with would be a mix of strength endurance & cardiovascular training. These sessions are suitable to all levels of ability and age.
Days - Tuesdays & Thursdays
Dates - 18th , 20th , 25th & 27th May and 1st & 2nd June
Duration – 60 mins
Timings – 1030 hrs – 1130 hrs
Class capacity- 5 persons per class
No of sessions – 6 classes (2 classes per week)
Class fees - £5 per class (2 of 6 classes complimentary for members)
Venue – Studio Room
Kindly advance book and reserve by 1700 hrs on Monday 17th May at the Waterfront Health Club reception.
