A great way to add a new and exciting dimension to your fitness journey, all of our classes have been designed to accommodate all fitness levels and are set in a fun, no pressure environment.
Our Fitness Studio Timetable
Welcoming all Members & Non-members to our new classes, all taking place in the Studio Room, from Tuesday 24th August...
6:30pm - Body Rock
An all round strength, toning and flexibility session using bodyweight. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Exercises can be progressed or modified.
7:30pm - GroupFit45
Attend this session on a regular basis and you will get a great all round level of fitness. A great way to vary your fitness. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Exercises can be progressed or modified.
6:30pm - CoreStrength
A great class to improve posture, increase back and abdominal strength and greater balance, stability and flexibility. Essential for health, fitness and everyday living.
7:30pm - Hatton Academy
This is a must ! Combines the principles of boxing training and functional fitness to create a unique training system incorporated into a safe, fun and effective fitness training session.

Classes are free to Spa members. £5 per class to non-members, or take two sessions in one evening for £8.
