We create you a full 12 week training and nutritional plan personalised to your fitness goals and lifestyle for you to follow independently. But first, we will give you four 1-2-1 PT sessions which will involve teaching you everything you need to know to ensure you get the best possible results

Body Bootcamp Programme

  • Access to our morning bootcamp classes (12 classes in total, 4 days to choose from, used within 6 weeks)

A fat busting bootcamp course to give you that early morning boost to kick start your day. The course consists of at least two 45 minute sessions per week before 7:30am and includes a full nutritional programme tailored to your lifestyle to ensure great results.

Monday: 6am – 6:45am

Tuesday: 6:30 – 7:15

Wednesday: 6:30 – 7:15am

Friday:  6:30 – 7:15am
